    The DVI to ADC adapter works, so now I can use my ADC Cinema Display with my modern Mac. Shipping was fast, and the price was fair. The only thing I didn't like was that it has some markings in the casing but ultimately it works and it came with it's power cord and that are the important things to highlight.

    Works well if you understand power requirements

    I initially had trouble getting my keyboard to work using this adapter, until I realized the computer (Power Mac G5) was not providing enough power to the monitor to power both the monitor and the keyboard (which was plugged into the back of the monitor). When I plugged the keyboard directly into a USB port on the computer (instead of into the back of the monitor), the keyboard worked fine. (I needed a USB extension cable to reach the computer.) The problem may be specific to the G5; other computers with DVI video interface may be able to provide enough power to avoid this problem. I was not able to test that possibility.

    Replacement in original box works like new.

    Very pleased that I was able to keep my old Apple monitor when the power source died. Best Buy told me that I would never find one and Apple no longer makes monitors. Directed me to shop for new computer. You proved them wrong and saved me the expense for $35. Arrived early too! Thank you so much! D. Kirtley

    Good quality, must have for ADC Displays

    This is an adapter so you can use the old Apple ADC displays with modern DVI devices. They're great displays, so this is a very good adapter to have. And it seems very good quality, mine still works fine, and looks good.

    The correct adaptor that will let you use your older mac monitor with the new macs.

    This adapter will let you use your older but well built Mac monitor as your extra screen so you don't have to sell it or give it as a recycling donation. Once you plug your monitor in this adapter and plug the output from this adaptor to your computer or laptop, you're in business.
