Wonderful Merle Haggard addition
This is a great cd set of one of the greatest Country singers of all time. Anyone wanting to add to their collection can't go wrong with this DOWN EVERY ROAD cd set, certainly his is one of my favorite singers. Despite his (Merle's ) early upbringings, Merle manage to not only overcome those childhood years, but becoming one our country's most listen too artists. I, for one know that he will continue to empress those who enjoy country music.This is a great cd set of one of the greatest Country singers of all time. Down Every Road Merle Haggard every twist and turn
This set is an "almost" complete box set of the career of the great "Hagg". The Okie from Muskogee covers 85% of all the hits from the CAPITOL years, the MCA era into the EPIC releases. I was disappointed that some the of the big hits were not on here, but happy with what was available. If you would like a majority of the hits, this set is for you. If want all the hits, you need to get a least 2 more of the other Greatest Hits from their respective labels. Enjoy ! Due to the incomplete catogue which I thought would fit into a 4 CD set, I give this set a rating of 4 out of 5.This set is an "almost" complete box set of the career of the great "Hagg". Completing a great Merle Haggard Collection
I had inadverdently lost several Haggard CDs and I wanted to replace them. I soon realized most of the CDs were recent issues that were mostly his more polular releases that were already replacement purchases. My research on the material available on ebay revealed he (MH) had produced a body of work much greater than I has thought. When I found this 4 disc box set covering 32 years included a book about his career and his life. I have what I wanted, a comple collection of young, middle age, and senior Haggard. I can recommend this set it is complete. It couldn't get much better than that. AGI had inadverdently lost several Haggard CDs and I wanted to replace them. Heavyweight with great features
Is got all of Merle Haggards hits plus some of his other songs from his albums on four cds with 100 songs and a 75 page booklet that highlights Merles career and all of his albums are listed up thru 1994. I highly recommend this product.

Down Every Road 1962-1994 (Box) by Merle Haggard CD
This is an excellent collection of Merle Haggard's music (from beginning to later years) and contains a book with additional information regarding his career. The CD's are beautifully packaged for protecting this lovely collection (a total of 4 CD's). There is nothing I dislike about this collection of music. When I considered purchasing the item (which was more than I normally spend on a single item); I considered all that was included and feel that this was a real bargain. I feel this item is worth much more than I paid for it. I would recommend this to anyone who loves Merle Haggard's beautiful (real country) music to treasure forever.
