    Item delivery was delayed over a week due to UPS losing the first attempt. Communication from seller was fast, and when I suggested they send me a second identical item and have UPS return the first to them when/if they find it, they did so without further delay.     The quality of mouthpiece is outstanding! The price was great! Shipping time was slow by todays standards, Took 15 days to arrive after ordering and the product packaging was crushed due to being shipped in an envelope. The mouthpiece itself arrived without any damage so overall a good transaction.

    Nice trumpet mouthpiece easy to blow on all registers well made and in original package. WARNING :Don’t buy from US unless you want to wait over a month no option for expedited international post and I just had to wait as it went through a dozen postoffices before it even left states. When in Aussie only took a very short time to deliver Pity as seller is excellent and answers email promptly. If your in US , you’ll get it quick through USPS. Hope the seller decides to offer fast intl shippin.

    As described and reviewed

    A number of reviews mentioned this is not as easy to play as a recorder and that is true. I've played guitar for over 30 years and a reed instrument was not an easy transition. Reading the reviews the how to book that came with the the xaphoon I was playing in no time. I takes more air to play than a recorder but I'm getting used to it. The tone that I'm getting is closer to a clarinet than a saxophone but is surprising rich coming out of a ~$50.00 instrument.

    A Fun Instrument

    Not simple, especially if you have never played a reed instrument. And the fingering is nowhere near as straightforward as a recorder. But it is possible to get some really nice music out of this if you are willing to put in the time to learn it. And I love the fact that it is very portable, but still gives a nice, full sound.

    Who WOULDN'T want a Xaphoon?

    This is a great little pocket sax. I'm still learning my scales because it's been a while since I played, but it sounds great and is so portable it fits in my bag with all of my tin whistles. Love it. Who wouldn't?

    I like it! Not hard to play. Sounds like a sax with a slight clarinet flavor to it
