In addition to that, damage to the heel was not mentioned on the description or shown in the photographs. I also ordered another pair of similar boots from another seller around the same time, which were shipped in their original box inside another boot box and very well-packed, for a shipping cost of only $7 as opposed to the $15.10 from here.
