Very happy, heats my 625 Sq. Ft. garage well!
This heater was offered as "Manufacturer refurbished". I was willing to accept cosmetic damage to save some money. When the heater came, it was in almost new cosmetic and like new operational condition! I was very happy! I have used it for 3 weeks so far in my 625 Sq. Ft. garage with outside air temperatures as low as 24F. At 24F, it takes about an hour to heat the garage to 65F+; then it cycles on and off after that and maintains the temperature just fine. I haven't had to turn the thermostat up more than 2/3 of the way to be able to work in a summer shirt and jeans. BTW my garage is insulated and sheet-rocked on all the walls and the ceiling. (The ceiling is 9 1/2' high.) The garage doors are also insulated with foam sheets in the panels. I put the heater on the floor (as required ... This heater was offered as "Manufacturer refurbished". It sits on and blows across a carpet which never gets warm as the heat goes up. The heater fan keeps the air mixed well and keeps the temperature even throughout the garage.

Great for a single car garage, you might need more BTU for a 1 1/2-2 car garage.
I think this is a decent heater. Easy install, quiet, simple, but it does take a while to get room heat up. On a cold day I might need 3+ hours to get the room to working temp here in the Northeast.. But, I would suggest counting on it for less than the rated SqFt in your shop application. I may need a second one, and now I am faced with the fact that I should have gone with higher BTU's on a single unit to begin with.I think this is a decent heater. 240v heater does the work of four 120v heaters
It does a great job of heating my 10’ X 20’ greenhouse. It provides 240v fan forced heating that would take four smaller 120v heaters to provide.

Very good for the price
Very happy with this heater, especially for the price! I have a 1225 sq ft garage with tall ceilings and this keeps it a nice 60 degrees at all times. I was not expecting it to keep the garage so nice and warm. Very happy with it, the blower is a little noisy at times but that doesn’t bother me, especially at this price.

Heat To Go.
I Purchased this for a restaurant and was not quite sure it would work. Well it turned out it was better then I had hoped for. I have it up high so it blows across the ceiling, fans pick up the heat and send it gently down. Wow Just Wow. It works fantastic..
