I've seen several people, claiming that they'd rather have an iPad, that they are not happy with Samsung tablets. I got news for you, when tablets aren't working correctly, it's one of 3 things. It wasn't installed correctly, you may not have a good wifi connection, and the very most problem is because THE USER DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! IPad is simple, but so is Fisher Price. That doesn't make it any better. The only time I've ever had a bad Android tablet, it was a Motorola Xoom. I have had several Samsung Galaxy tablets, from the tab series through the Note Series. They have all worked flawlessly. And if you have any issues at all, Samsung offers a download app called Samsung +. It gives you a direct connection to Samsung, and they'll correct any problems you may have to include ... When I was with Verizon, my tablet wouldn't work. Since being with AT&T and T-Mobile, no issues ever since.

Should have bought an Ipad
Bought this thinking it was the tablet Cadillac of Samsung's line. First of all, there is no way to adjust to touch screen sensitivity and I find it very insensitive and sometimes slow to respond when touched. Sometimes I swipe it to unlock the screen 3-4 times before it does anything. Another issue is the battery life is dissappointing. I hate the position of the buttons on this tablet. Lastly, the aftermarket cases available for this model are few and far between. Bought this thinking it was the tablet Cadillac of Samsung's line. I am very fond of this tablet,a lot! I basically use it for ...almost everything, email, web searching and processing, reading, music and movies.....I like the size of this tablet, 10.1 is perfect to me. The price is good! And it is a new one although with a open box. However, the battery doesn't last as long as I expected. But I totally understand that, it is because I use too many apps. Overall, this is a very good shopping experience! Thnaks!I am very fond of this tablet,a lot!
