They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and very upront and transparent about the damage to the item. The only thing I will say is that the listing stated that the item was new-it was not. I didn't find this out until I messaged the seller. This isn't an issue for me personally, but thought it worth mentioning since some folks are serious about their mint condition collectables! All in all a good experience. I am very happy with my experience and the item.
