Love the generator. Used it on a recent camping trip and it worked flawlessly, powered my portable 12V fridge no problem with power to spare, recharged the generator while driving. Would highly recommend the seller and the product.
I contacted customer care, with a small issue while upgrading the firmware, the screen went blank. Downloaded the newest firmware and the issue was resolved. Quick response from customer care with a solution.

It arrived in good condition, we follow instruction to charge it and use it once as a test. Able to charge 2 cell phones through USB, charge portable fridge with 12V from room temperature down and freeze water bottle with 60% battery left. We tried a electric blacket, it works well too. First time buy from ebay and first time using echoflow. Works.

Item shipped fast and received in original packaging as new exactly as described. Unfortunately within hours of ordering I realized I bought the wrong unit for my needs and and tried to cancel the order the next day but by then it already shipped. I contacted the seller and made arrangements to return it and was was fully refunded within a day of the return. I ended up buying the unit I needed from the same seller because they made the return experience hassle free despite my mistake. A+
