I basically like my new laptop. It has a nice screen, good storage and there is nothing wrong with it out of the box. I don't like the speakers and the download time seems slow for a 5 with 12/1TB. I also have a little problem with headphone jack fitting the common headphones. You have to move the headphone plug around a bit. With that said. I got a great price and now that I am older I like the 17inch screen

    A great value when an SSD is installed.

    With the standard 1TB HDD, this computer is fairly slow to boot and operate. However, a simple swap to a SATA SSD makes the computer very fast, and the 12 GB of RAM is adequate for everydays tasks. Although sold as refurbished, my unit looked brand new.

    Excellent laptop for the money.

    So far the laptop is working well. The light up on the background keys is a little annoying though. Hard to see the keys and you cant change the color. Ihad to turn it off. Other than that it;s been running pretty good and is light weight. Heard a lot of bad things about this model, but so far so good.

    Beautiful machine!

    I received mine three days ago, and absolutely LOVE it! Perfect condition, and not a single mark anywhere on it. I've looked for a long time, and this price - for all these features - just can't be beat.

    Laptop Love!

    I love it! I've only had desktops in the past, so it is exciting to have access in any and every room. I love the monitor screen size. I can use it in bed! I've definitely turned a corner, here. I'm looking for a sturdy case, so I can do my computing everywhere, even in my car(not while driving, of course)! This was a great purchase, clearly one of my better ideas! Yaaaaay!

    Great bang for your buck - excellent laptop

    I think for what you get the price is right on the mark. I love the 17.3 inch screen size considering my eyes are not what they used to be. Plus I just like not having to deal with a tiny 14 inch screen which I think is just way too small for a laptop. The laptop was in excellent condition - no issues so far after using it for a few weeks now. I did swap out the 5400 1TB HDD with a much faster 500GB SSD drive that I had laying around. In addition to the SSD HDD I also added a 250GB NVME drive for additional capability.
