Good But needs some better instructions read review for some trouble shoots
Okay this AC is good but if it had instruction that were usable it would have been golden. Do not expect decent English instruction from the seller as there were a joke. This took some trial and error to get right and I hope my experience helps some others. Okay first of all My old unit the power went to the outside unit. This unit it is not that way. The power goes into the inside unit only and from the inside unit it will feed power to the compressor. This took some figuring out. The power for the unit is a short line that is about 5 feet long and has bare ends on it. This was hooked up with regular solid wire from my breaker panel. Now the other wires for me had to be extended... actually everything had to be extended as the power and control wires running from the inside unit to the ... My first attempt was to use solid wire and this was a failure. I had to go buy some stranded wire to use from Lowes to make this work. I ended up using 14/3 SJOOW Portable Cord 300V UL/CSA one in 12/3 and the other in 14/3 for the control wires and just omitted one of the wires as you only need 2 wires for the control. The copper lines I extended with flaring tools and fittings to make up the diffrence however I did need to add some puron to the system to make up for the extended length. Anyways the system cools very well and you are more than welcome to contact me if you need any help or have questions. Thanks

Great value, quiet unit, good features!
One word.. Quiet. I can't believe how quiet this unit is at high speed, it's barely audible in the room, no more turning up the TV to hear over the air conditioner. Even the outside unit is so quiet that from a few feet away you wouldn't even know it's running. The up and down and side to side motorized tilt really gets the air circulated around the room and the temperature change is pretty quick! Very impressed, can't wait to see how cool it is with this running this summer!One word.. Quiet. Features are great. Runs very quietly and heats up quickly.
Product arrived earlier then expected. Was fairly easy to install. It works like a champ. This was a gift from our family to my husband for is birthday. Nice operation runs quietly. I would of rated this a 5 star except for the instructions were all in a foreign language, had to request installation instructions in English. Thanks so much

Great bang for the buck!
The product is well built. The wiring harness comes already installed to the wall mount unit. I'm still waiting to get my electric bill to see how energy efficient the unit is. So far so good. Installation can be done by someone that is really handy. Not a simple do it yourself.

So far, so good...
I was not sure what to expect with the cheapest mini-split that I could find, but so far, I am impressed. It took a couple of afternoons after work to get it up and running, mostly because I had to drill through a concrete block wall, but with a hole saw for stone counter tops, the deed was done. Thankfully, I had access to a vacuum pump and after getting the lineset routed, it pulled a vacuum quickly and held without difficulty. The pre-installed refrigerant charge was just right and after flipping the breaker on and hitting the power button, my downstairs living room is now a comfortable 72 degrees. The temp at the vent is a full 10 degrees colder than my central a/c heat-pump, it is quiet enough that you can't hear it running over the sound of the TV, cools a 550 square foot room easily ... I was not sure what to expect with the cheapest mini-split that I could find, but so far, I am impressed.
