Great product, but my cat lost interest in five minutes or less
This product is great, I'm sure other cats will enjoy this toy. It moves well and isn't too boring I think for cats that are so particular like mine! It's worth a try if you need to not be the only toy for your cat. My cat is spoiled because I try to play with her all the time and she knows the difference when it's an electronic toy and not me throwing her toy mouse or moving the string on a toy fishing rod. Good luck! Try this product, I hope your cat(s) love it! *Oh you do have to untwist the two halves in order to stop it from moving, so that could be a pain for you but if hey if your cat is happily playing with it, then the extra step to turn off the Weazel Ball is no big deal, right? Right.This product is great, I'm sure other cats will enjoy this toy. It moves well and isn't too boring I think for cats that are so particular like mine! Only one issue keeping me from giving 5 stars
My cats seem to like it, but I do have a concern about how the "weasel" is attached to the ball. It is held by 2 very thin nylon ties (like the ones that hold tags to clothing). These could potentially get chewed off. A piece of thin chain would have been a better attachment.

Poor Quality
Compared to the original Weasel Ball it is a cheep substitute. The on/off capabilities are a pain. You have to disassemble the device on order to activate/disable the item. The original had an on/off button on the exterior that was easy to use.

It is very entertaining
I remember my daughter playing with these weasels when she was a youngster. She is 42 now. I bought her sons these weasels, and they too enjoyed them. I saw these for sale on eBay, so I had to buy one for my great-grand -daughter. She loves it! She carries it around everywhere, by the tail and won't let anyone else play with it. I named it "Woodrow", and she continues to try to say that name when referring to the weasel. It is very durable, and strong. It requires an AA battery, and will twist and turn, and run all about- loads of fun for the youngsters. Great toy to play with! :)
This is super fun to play with my dog. Especially if it goes under the table, it makes the game more challenging. It gives my doggy be really interested and excited to look for it. Here are somethings I don't like or could be improved: 1. Once the dog catches it, I have to intervene and turn it off or throw it away again (making it a fetch game) 2. The quality of the squirrel itself is not great. I don't want my dog to chew/swallow it. So my plan is to cut it off and use the holes the ball already has to tie something new to it.
