Von Decarlo, a multi-talented performer and entertainment professional, and comedian Patrice O'Neal spent ten years together. They were best friends, lovers, and most of all, partners. Patrice's work was often inspired by this brutally honest and outside of the box relationship. Likewise, Von's work is influenced by the immense insight into men and relationships she garnered from her life with Patrice, utilizing her experiences as a relationship expert on both television and radio, as well as live appearances. Von also produced Patrice's two comedy albums: Mr. P and Unreleased and produced the music for his one hour Comedy Central special, Elephant In The Room.
