Feeling fit with The Firm!
I can't say enough about The Firm Body Sculpting System. I started with Firm Parts, love them! So was thrilled that the Body Sculpting System is as good. Firm Parts is a great starting point for beginners. The BSS is a little more advanced. I found them a little challenging (okay, some are a LOT challenging) at first. But if you stick with them and just do as many as you can, as fast as is comfortable, and give as much effort as you feel wise for your level of fitness, you will be amazed at the progress you will gain over the first few weeks. The step is nice to have, but don't let that hold you back. You can buy any step. I even used a stable footstool for some of the exercises until I got my step. If you are looking for a workout that is fairly easy to follow and will challenge ... I can't say enough about The Firm Body Sculpting System. I started with Firm Parts, love them! Challenging workout. Amazing results!
I borrowed a friend's VHS tapes to see what The Firm was all about. I yelled at the tv throughout most of the first tape and vowed I would never use it again. Strangely enough though, I noticed slight differences THE NEXT DAY! My clothes fit differently; granted there was no weight loss or loss of inches, but my skin felt more taught and my clothes looked better on. Thus began my love/hate relationship with The Firm. It pushes you, but if you push back and work through the desire to give up, this is an awesome set of workouts! The difficulty of these sessions may discourage a beginner, but someone who has been working out regularly, will welcome the challenge. I was only able to use her tapes to get 4 workouts in, but not only was I noticing the difference, but my husband and co-workers ... Firm Tapes are the best!
I love the firm tapes. This pack was the first set of tapes I have ever owned. I got it back in HS, and I had a wonderful figure because I did these tapes plus the BSS2 all the time. But all good things come to an end when you have kids. I gained 80 lbs with my first... Then about 20 after that.. dont ask.. I just sorta stuck to the preggo eating habits... And 35 with my second. They are 20 months apart! Yikes. Soo... I was 254 lbs when I gave birth to my second baby. I could barely breathe and run after my toddler, so something clicked inside my head and I started back up with the firm. Once I accomplished getting back into the routine I purchased 15 other firm DVD workouts, and I do them all the time! I have lost 90 lbs already, ( size 20 now im wearing an 8)...and my second baby is only ... I love the firm tapes. This pack was the first set of tapes I have ever owned. My skin has retracted just fine, and I believe it has to do with cardio + weight training at the same time. All of the firm tapes are Wonderful, and FUN to do. I will keep doing the firm workouts until I get back to my orginal size. People do it all the time, and I believe I can too. I highly recommend the firm workouts to anyone!

The Firm Body Sculpting system 3 pack w/ Fanny Lifter
These are the best 3 exercise tapes to ever come out in my opinion. I had them on VHS when they first came out, and used them until they broke. I just ordered the DVD set so I could bring my all time favorite workout routine into the 21st century with me. These tapes are very challenging, but not difficult enough to make them impossible. The instructors teach you the aerobic routines step by step so you can actually follow along.These are the best 3 exercise tapes to ever come out in my opinion. I had them on VHS when they first came out, and used them until they broke. I just ordered the DVD set so I could bring my all time favorite workout routine into the 21st century with me. These tapes are very challenging, but not difficult enough to make them impossible. The instructors teach you the aerobic routines step by step so you can actually follow along.

Great workout
I love all my Firm tapes. The workout are sometimes hard but the end results are worth it. Actually seeing results after 10 workout is definitely a plus for me. Some tapes I've missed during the years so I'm now on a quest to get my hands on all the ones I've missed to add to my collections. I've even replaced some of my old Firm tapes that I've weared out. I won't workout with anything else but THE FIRM.I love all my Firm tapes. The workout are sometimes hard but the end results are worth it.
