ALL 17 hilarious cartoon shorts concerning the misadvetures of that goof-ball Aardvark in his never-ending quest to capture that sly but intelligent Ant are contained together, in chronological order, onto a single-volume disc. This is a lot of fun to watch. The sound quality is superb, and the picture clarity is even better than when they first aired on television during the 70's. John Byner is a very talented voice character actor. His contributions to this series are legendary. I remember watching these shorts when I was just a kid myself. And now, I finally get to share them with my own grandchildren. This remarkable DVD release makes the perfect ... Awesome DVD of a rare and forgotten 70's Cartoon!
I watched Pink Panther Cartoons back in the 70's, and asked my Mom for the DVD box set a few years ago. (I'm in my 40's now) I already had a lot of Pink Panther cartoons on VHS, but the Ant and the Aardvark VHS tapes were extremely rare and went for $70 and up. I got the idea to do a search for the Ant and the Aardvark on ebay after accidently finding then on Youtube. This was a bargain! The only thing I didn't like was that it could have been longer. Who doesn't like The Ant And The Aardvark? Are you mad? Aces all around. The entire Pink Panther lexicon is pure comedy gold.

Great cartoon series!
The Ant and the Aardvark is a classic cartoon for me, and this DVD has every episode on it. Clear picture, great sound, easy to search for individual cartoons. I highly recommend this DVD!
