Excellent product
I really like this product. It is good for using in the bath for aches and pains. Also, good for making Magnesium oil. Can also use for making magnesium lotion. The best absorption of Magnesium is through the skin.. I advise trying it as Magnesium is useful to our body in so many ways. And this magnesium is the best quality for the best price

Love My Magnesium!!
I take many different vitamins & supplements & this tops my list for favorite. I can feel a difference in a lot of ways but mainly my energy & mental clarity. I tell anyone I can about the importance of Magnesium. My favorite is transdermal, be it by spritzing on or massaging in. Or the relaxing luxury of bathing in it!! 😍 Buying the LG.tubs, I save $$ by adding it to my favorite water and making my own spray. For a nice aroma & bonus for my skin, I add a few drops of essential oil. Same in the bath. I never forget to take it because of the health benefits. From everyday aches & pain of joints to keeping my insides healthier. Heart, kidneys, etc.. People of all stages of life can feel the benefits of magnesium. Usable, no nonsense magnesium flakes.
Seems to be pure with no noticeable adulterants. Information on label lacks the actual amount of magnesium chloride by *weight*; instead gives an approximation of amount per " 1 cup". The instructions for use also are vague : "1 -2 cups or more in the bathtub or footbath" is VERY imprecise. If you're already familiar with magnesium chloride and willing to research these things from some other source, this is a good value for the cost, and easy to use.Seems to be pure with no noticeable adulterants. Amazing!
I bought this mostly for my mom's arthritis but I've been using it as deodorant, along with essential oils, and I even spray it all over my body! I feel better than I ever have! I definitely recommend! When you make it, make sure you store it in a dark, amber or cobalt blue glass bottle. Especially if you are mixing it with essential oils and/or fragrance oils. And a little tip: half a cup makes 4 ounces. A cup makes 8, so on and so forth. Definitely works
I make magnesium oil for lotions deodorants, or simply pour magnesium into my bath. It really works, helps my husband to sleep great for adrenal fatigue stage 2 and stage 1 only.
