The most complete expose' of heathen idolatry in one volume
While I had read parts of this book over the years, I had not seen the things I had so clearly, from this latest reading. It was as if I'd picked up a map of an interwoven & intertwining maze of historical recurrences. These recurrences show by the author's expose', that the 'same old, same old', is always old, even when reintroduced in different wrappings, or external promotional 'packaging'. Some of the things were like a revelation which stood out to me like the obvious things which have been 'right in front of' us, and yet we're not noticed until they were pointed out and shown clearly for what they are. The information was actually a 'spot on wake up call' for me, seeing as I did that I'd been taught -or, ... This is so, even as pertaining to my 'education' and experiences within those 'scenarios'. I more fully understand why The Lord is angry with this world system, it's 'mis'leaders, and their insistence on trying to fool people, and force-feed them their garbage. The attempt of many to disguise it, or make it appear harmless or clean simply reveals their insanity of trying the same foolish failings 'in another form', while the 'root' of the whole thing is from the same nasty 'plant'. This is a highly informative book, and relates as much to the present day, as it did when originally written as a tract. I recommend it to everyone who is not afraid of, or bold enough to, think 'outside' the traditions of men, leave dead and legalistic doctrines, and actually have their eyes opened by this thorough expose' of heathen nonsense, as well as -and most importantly, how The Lord sees it.

The Truth
It's my second purchase. The first book was passed along to another seeker of truth. It's masterful. Absolutely critically researched and true despite some who would attempt to otherwise discount it. Anyone wishing to ascertain the original foundations of the Roman Catholic church has only to read the first few pages of Hislop's Two Babylons to get the shocking connection. The only other aspect that readers need to understand is that this book was first printed in the 1800's, not 1989. Authors back then had more of a responsibility to research and present historical facts than present ones, some of whom seek to distort past Ecclesiastical reality.It's my second purchase.
