    I discovered this cook book at my local library. I was so impressed by this book that I decided to purchase it for my personal cook book collection. Although it contains many fine recipes; it is also a book is that it illustrates and explains to the reader how to evaluate seafood prior to making a purchase, cleaning procedures, processing methods, herbs and spices and cooking techniques. If you are the creative type of cook that likes modify other’s recipes or incorporate useful techniques learned from others this is the seafood cook book for you. It’s one of those cook books that you will refer to often when cooking seafood.
