I bought a copy of this at Goodwill when my daughter was just getting into DVDs at age 2. My son is now almost two and we just bought our second copy of the DVD (after my little one broke the first and cried for days when he couldn't watch it). It is short, so its perfect for little ones, it's engaging and and it's active. We put it on and have Wiggles Dance Parties! Gets all of us up and moving. It's also a great way to buy yourself time to put together dinner or lunch on a weekend. Just long enough that you can get everything together, but short enough that you don't feel like it's a "babysitter." The Wiggles may be yesterdays superstars, but to my 2 year old... these guys rock! This is our favorite video from the Wiggles, it's filled with great little songs and clips. Great messages for your kids, no negative role models and most importantly no hip hop or rap garbage so I can listen too. The songs are catchy, easy for kids to understand, yet still utilize counter melody and harmonies that a kid should be exposed to at a young musical age. The boys from down under may look like they just got off of the short bus at times with their routines, and Murray is definitely hiding his lack of dancing ability by hiding behind his guitar, but all in all... these guys are a good safe bet for me to leave my kid with. I can't say enough about these guys from Down Under! Not only can they dance and sing they teach children valuable lessons in life on the way to having FUN. They incoperate Excerise and Healthy Eating habits in their epics. They show children the value Friendship and Family and they are doing this like No One has before. I for one am Hooked, Oh and my son loves them too! Wiggles Toot Toot is a well made mini movie that takes the guys (four Australian men) into the world of car trouble and "Wiggly Groove".I can't say enough about these guys from Down Under! Not only can they dance and sing they teach children valuable lessons in life on the way to having FUN. They incoperate Excerise and Healthy Eating habits in their epics.
