Great little camera
This is the second or third time I bought One of these Sony cyber shot camera is on eBay. The greatest feature about this camera is it still has a viewfinder. In Bright light I cannot see the images I'm trying to take a picture of on camera LCD screens but when a camera has a viewfinder I can look for the viewfinder to frame the picture. This is one of the very very few mini cameras that has a viewfinder.This is the second or third time I bought One of these Sony cyber shot camera is on eBay. The greatest feature about this camera is it still has a viewfinder. An AMAZING Camera! STEADYSHOT Means No More BLURRY Pics
I bought this camera REFURBISHED on ebay for a very reasonable price. The DSC-W90 is their Super SteadyShot, and I was fascinated by the idea of not having to hold my hands perfectly still for every shot. That took too much concentration, and I take so many photos that I shoot quickly and move on. My last camera was a Kodak, and half the photos I took were blurry, so this camera turned out to be a miracle for me. IT TRULY DELIVERS!! I should note that bigger movements still blur, but not the little accidental ones that occur when you're trying to be still. I don't quite know what someone does to "refurbish" a camera. But I've had this one for what seems like forever. It looks new, and works like a new camera. Plus, I recall that the price was especially low. I get bored reading ... To make this simple, it's the best in my opinion for below reasons: 1. QUALITY OF PHOTOS IS SPECTACULAR. NO COMPLAINTS. 2. EASE OF USE 3. IT'S VERY COST EFFECTIVE (even a brand new one) 4. HAS IMPORTANT STEADYSHOT FUNCTION THAT IMPROVES PHOTOS & SAVES YOU TIME. Regarding number 4, my favorite, time is money! Of course it has other features which make it even more desireable. But for ebay, I know we all care most about photos. There are many higher end, higher priced cameras out there. But I feel like I seriously hit the jackpot with this one. If my review was at all helpful, PLEASE choose YES. Thank you!

Tried and true - Great camera!
I have owned this camera for 3 or 4 years and love everything about it. I keep it in my purse always and the size lets me do that easily. It takes unbelievable pictures too. My dtr recently needed a new camera, and rather than buy a new higher megapixel camera, I chose to look for this one on eBay. I got a fantastic deal and ended up buying a 3rd one for my husband to use. I have never been disappointed with the quality of picture this camera can produce and highly recommend it. One thing it has that you can't find on newer point and shoots is a viewfinder. I know you think you may never need it, but try framing a picture on the beach sometime using the screen, and you'll be glad to have it!I have owned this camera for 3 or 4 years and love everything about it. I have been using this camera for a few months. The w-80 and the w-90 are the same basic camera. My wife and I both use a w-80 and have purchased a w-90 which has not come in yet. I like the fact you can purchase these camera's on ebay very cheaply and they are very good little picture makers. I have been around shooting pictures for the last 35 years and know a lot about cameras and how to make them work. If you have just a little bit of knowledge you can make this point and shoot do just about anything within the limitations of the camera. I like the fact it's made mostly of metal. I like the fact that it has a viewfinder. The menu is not that great but when you get use to getting around in it, its not all that bad. There are no manuel controls but if you know when to change the iso and ... I have been using this camera for a few months. The w-80 and the w-90 are the same basic camera. I've had a smaller camera but I would'nt want one any smaller than this one. It will fit just about any pocket. I have larger much better camera that does much more but it's too much trouble to carry some places. This is a mom and pop point and shoot those great pic's of the kids,flowers and many other things. It is a camera that you can always have in your pocket that make good pictures and movies. I think it is a great little camera that cost alot a few years ago but today you can get cheapppppppp.

I purchased this model camera about 3 years ago and I loved it. So when I recently dropped mine and broke the lens (and was told the repair would be $200+) I decided to look for a used one on eBay. It is super easy to use and takes great pictures. I've used it in all situations...low light, snow, moving, etc. I'm not one to read a manual unless I want something special so it probably does even more than I know! The ONLY thing I would say I'd like it to have that it doesn't is a delete button. To delete a photo you have to go into the menu and I've noticed many newer model cameras have a button right on the camera so it's easier to delete photos you don't like.I purchased this model camera about 3 years ago and I loved it.
