With rounded corners to fit in with any decor, the Klipsch SW-350 subwoofer is a smart choice for any home receiver system.Although the Klipsch subwoofer has an 8-inch speaker, its components and construction are such that it rivals other 10-inch subwoofers in audio performance value. This type of speaker offers a high excursion driver that fights off distortion at almost any volume. Included within this electronics design are variable phase control and low-pass crossover options. Match this low-frequency unit to other speakers in your collection to complete that powered sound on weekend nights.This Klipsch SW-350 subwoofer offers 350 watts on its single channel. Driving this power is the Class-D amplifier that is embedded within the electronics. As you check connections between your HDTVs, projectors, and other accessories, the built-in amp will immediately come to life when power activates the subwoofer itself. On the rear of the unit, you will find the ported opening that reveals the secret behind this system's power. The air flowing out of the enclosure allows you to hear the two, bass octaves loudly and clearly during most songs.Using the variable phase control built into the SW350 with a 0 to 180 range, you can also combine the subwoofer's two octaves of bass with other speakers that are layered to produce higher frequency sounds, which optimizes your listening experience. The additional, level adjustment switch found on the rear also improves your control over music that can range from pop to classical tunes.Hooking up the SW-350 speakers is a user-friendly experience because you have both left and right inputs for two, common connections. High-level, speaker-binding posts and line-level, RCA jacks grace the rear section with black and red colors to indicate ground and positive power, respectively. To the left of the speaker connections is the power cord connector. You will find all of the home theater adjustment switches on this panel as well.If you turn the SW-350 audio speakers over, you will find the woofer embedded on the base of the box. This down-firing orientation allows the low frequencies to move through the room with amazing power. The cone itself is made out of fiber-composite materials that contribute to its resilience against damage over time.Connect your cables and receivers to these low-frequency accessories that boast an astounding weight of 27 pounds.     Impressive for its size

    Excellent small woofer with big woofer sound. Hits like a quality 10" woofer in my opinion but of course isn't "boomy" like a larger woofer can sometimes be. Good value for the money....I couldn't see anyone who would be disappointed with its performance if you had even remotely reasonable expectations heading into the purchase. It delivers plenty of bass even for a medium sized room.....get two if you want clean crisp punchy bass and want to shake the neighbors windows as well! The adjustable frequency cut off and the gain control on the back of the woofer are nice features at this price level. Go for it....

    Amazing power and great compliment to system. Price point was perfect.

    Awesome sub for a great price. Paired with a Pioneer vsk-1122 7.2 system with Polk monitor 60 series floor standing speakers and klipsch quintet satellites. Compliments system well. High and lows seem to be well balanced to the point where I don't think I need the second sub. I am not an audiophile, but I love to listen to music and watch movies. This will definitely not disappoint in either category. And yes, it will shake the house. 100% recommend based on price point and quality.

    The sub produces deep theater base for your action Junkies. and for it size you will need to be careful if your living in a apartment.

    KLipsch (sw-350) 8-inch Dubeoogrt

    The unit is a well designed and functions very well. I liked it so much that I bought another one to balance out the back of the room. Both function together very well, the two lower the base some. The room isn't big enough for a larger sub.
