Director Eric Merola explores the remarkable story of Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, a Ph.D. microchemist and medical doctor who took on the Food and Drug Administration in a landmark court case, and won. Back in the 1970s, Dr. Burzynski discovered antineoplastons, a gene-targeted cancer treatment that has helped millions afflicted with the most deadly forms of the disease. Previously able to develop and administer antineoplaston treatment in Texas -- where physicians were not required to follow Federal law -- Dr. Burzynski successfully treated various so-called "incurable" cancers before the Food and Drug Administration made it their personal mission to shut him down. In addition to covering the ten years of trials that the Food and Drug Administration forced Dr. Burzynski to endure, Merola also explores the reasons why the U.S. government was so intent on halting a cancer treatment that showed real results. Could the fact that pharmaceutical giants won't see a penny of profit from antineoplastons have anything to do with the fact that the powers that be seem intent on keeping this life-saving treatment from the public?

    Beyond Incredible! You could save a life with Dr. Burzynski's help!!!

    I've already viewed this movie and would highly recommend it to anyone. It's a really important movie to see. You could change a life. What an absolutely incredible true story about a humble cancer Doctor who just wants to save lives. Of course our Government doesn't like people who save stage 4 cancer patients with no side affects and thus has tried to persecute this man for many years. They've even tried to steal his patents. He continues to save lives of those that have been given death sentences by other Doctors. Sometimes it's the cure that kills the patient and not the cancer. His treatments have little or no side affects and no life long damage that radiation and chemo often cause. I know of so many people with cancer right now (from 6 months old to 80 years plus).
