The date was pushed back a week for delivery only to receive a blank bracelet w/o the initials. When contacted, I was told that engravings are not offered to ebay customers. There is no mention of this ANYWHERE in the description. Also for the marketing of this product, they give pictures with initials engraved on the item and "customizable" is in the title of the product. I feel totally misled!
