Designed for use while driving or walking, the Fine Digital FineDrive 350 automotive GPS receiver is lightweight, and truly portable. Boasting a user-friendly design, this Fine Digital GPS receiver features a bright 3.5-inch color touchscreen, and many navigation functions. With turn-by-turn voice as well as visual navigation, the user can stay on course, and not worry about taking his or her eyes off the road. The multi-functional Fine Digital FineDrive 350 includes a built-in MP3 player, a picture viewer, and a voice note option for greater versatility. Because of its small size (4.6 inches wide, 2.7 inches tall, and 0.6 inches deep) and its light-weight (5.8 oz), the automotive GPS receiver is easy to transfer from vehicle to vehicle or carry while walking. The Fine Digital GPS receiver features 12 satellite channels for precision tracking and allows the user to choose one of four route options: quickest time, shortest distance, major (including freeways), and local (excluding freeways). Included with the Fine Digital GPS receiver are preloaded maps for the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The built-in antenna assists with quick signal acquisition, and the 64 MB of internal memory and SD card slot provide room for the user to store additional maps or favorite destinations.

I wish this would of worked out
This unit is just the right size (a screen the same as most). It is thin and easy to mount. The brushed silver gives it a high tech look and helps it to easily blend in with the interior of my car. The problem came with a flaw in how the case is designed. My unit worked great when it was being set up but then I started to mount it in the car and it would freeze up and had to be hard booted. I pulled it out of the car mount and while holding it discovered that a little too much pressure on the top and bottom of the case was causing a short circuit in the unit. Unfortunately the mount was causing the case to be compressed also. It's a really nice unit but since mounting a GPS in the car is part of using it, I found it to be useless. - First, when I bought the item, it seemed pretty neat with all of the features like an mp3 player and a picture viewer, also I bought the item for a very cheap price so I thought I'd give it a try. The first big problem I had was I couldn't recieve a signal, I drove around in the car for a good hour to hour and a half but nothing showed up. Next, the directions were horrible on how to set up the thing, not very user friendly. Finally, about two days after I recieved the item it started freezing up on me and you would have to reset the whole thing in order for it to even start up. I got so frustrated that I just sent it back for a full refund. I spent some extra money and got a TOMTOM and I love it, no problems at all. Like people say you get what you pay for. you get what you paid for
The reason why i bought FD 350 is because of the price and it being my first gps unit. I saw this on ebay and did some research and found alot of pro and cons about this item, so i gave it a try hoping that this would work out for me since this is my first gps unit. all i was looking for in a gps unit, was just to help me navigate. Pro: small and portable Con: Outdated maps, antenna not to sturdy, aquiring satellites takes forever, alot of known bugs that will cause unit to crash. just a very poor made unit, maybe mass production. I would NOT recommend this unit, spend the extra money and get your self a garmin for people who live in north america. you ever heard of the old saying you get what you paid for?The reason why i bought FD 350 is because of the price and it being my first gps unit. Not Happy
I have a garmin also and I sure wish I had never bought this one. Just dont do ther job right. It is small which is nice. But if it dont do what you want and like it should what good is it. I cant keep it turned on but about twenty minutes. You cant charge the battery with the car charger and keep it turned on. So I would never buy another one and sure would sell this one cheep.
