This printer is certainly designed for office use. Its all-in-one design plus wireless capability makes it very convenient. While this is a little expensive, it's worth it because it's better than buying two separate laser and color inkjet printers since the cost per page is so low! Scanner works great (sending the resulting PDF/JPG wirelessly to a computer is cool), copying too, printing is super fast, but I haven't tried faxing yet. Also I think the quality for photos is good, but I don't print photos much, so I'm not an expert in that. I was very surprised when the box arrived because it was 2x bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. The all-in-one is monstrous! Also, it's a bit loud when operating and can be a little scary if you're sitting peacefully next to it when somebody ... This printer is certainly designed for office use. HP Officejet Pro L7780 / from click2digital
What a great printer. This printer makes my life easier with the wireless printing mode. Very easy set-up just plug in the power and hooked it up to my router, after it found the IP adress (automatic) I diconnected the ethernet cord and the wireless feature set-up was a snap. We have (2) Laptops and (1) desktop all printing, scanning, and, faxing cable free. Prints very fast and clear copies. No paper jams so far like other printers. The ink cartridges are relatively inexpesive. Cons: A little larger than expected but worth the space. Some what louder when printing than the Officejet L7580. We purchased this printer for a home printer and do not use the extra tray that holds much more paper than needed. This would make a great office or home printer for anyone that would like to ... WOW! What a great printer!
I love all the features on this printer! It is like having a small print shop at home. I spent a lot of hours getting it to work on a wireless network, however. HP support can not be beat, and they got all of our computors to print on this printer. They do not give you great ink cartridges to begin with, and you have to spend some money (they want $150) for a substantial amount of ink if yours run out, but I am sure Abacus Ink on Ebay has it for less. If you just hook it up to your PC (Vista) with the USB cord, no problem. It is quick & easy. But wireless, oh my! That is a different story. 3 hours for me. Good quality, represented on ebay as received; an excellent price
I recently purchased this used printer for my personal use. I have been using the same one at work for a couple of years and really like it. I like that the unit is a fairly good scanner, has extra paper storage capacity and that it has individual color and ink catridges including the option of a "larger black" ink cartridge. The HP product is a very good printer. To find one used on ebay and in very good condition at an excellent price caused me to decide to get one personally. HP OfficeJet Pro L7780 Allinone Inknet printer
I have had two of these machines. I use them in high volume office and they perform very well. They are fast if you set them to draft print and they also print very well at this speed. I would recomment them it you can buy them off ebay for a good price. In stores they sell for sometimes 399.00 to 499.00.
