I have some concerns about the stability of this device reason being I recorded some songs from my library and the device played well however when I tried to play the device all of the songs were gone. I had to record them again. I have not attempted to play it as of yet but I will see if the songs that I re-recorded are still on the device.

I have the exact same nano, color and all, but it is only 8GB. I needed more storage. This was perfect for me since it was the same, with a bad screen but with 16GB which is plenty for what I need. I use it in my car, so the screen nor battery life is not relevant, since it is plugged directly into my usb port and the display is on my car stereo. However, I had a scare the other day when my car radio could not find the media on this ipod. It had something to do with the settings, which I played with and was able to get it to work again. Hopefully, this will not happen again. That is the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5. Otherwise, it is exactly what I was hoping to get.I have the exact same nano, color and all, but it is only 8GB. I just today ordered the ipod nano, and leather case. I'm trying to determine if they only take pay pal, or Visa and MC, also--If it can be caught in time, I can just you a Corporate (mine) Visa. It looked like you only took paypal, so I just moved money into the account, but that will take 3-5 business day. I also saw that you take Visa/MC---I would Much rather put this immediately on my Visa,but I don't know if it's too late now--I pushed the 'I commit to buy' button. IPOD NANO 5TH GEN 16GB
The Ipod 5th generation is a great improvement over the earlier versions. 1st it has a camera for taking video and pictures. Not the highest quality but sufficient (no flash). It also has built in speaker so you can share recorded voice(it records voice too), video or music without headphones. It also has a built in pedometer, which works independantly or can be paired with the Nike sensor and software. The only drawback I have found is the position of the camer lense. It can be awkward taking a picture as the button (center of the wheel) is almost directly opposite the lense. I have since corrected it. I still think this particular model is strange in that you can hear the music faintly from the unit itself, but that could be some function that I don't understand because I don't it. Otherwise, happy! My run of bad-luck purchases finally ended! I like the color too. It works better than most that I have purchased. Reliable Apple
Even though the batteries wear out with age, its perfect for using at home in a docking station. I've owned other brands of MP3 players and none of them compare to an apple product.
