    The good & the bad

    Well, the good about this dvd set is that is was very simple & easy to learn. Carmen Electra gives you easy instructions that makes the moves easy to learn. The menu lets you pick the music you want to use, as well as many other things like skipping right to the dance or the warm up routine. The things I didnt like was the lap dance seemed a bit on the goofy side. Some parts where good. Like the walking around the chair & sitting on the chair. But the head rolls & the bending to touch your legs were in all honestly a bit on the stupid side instead of the erotic side. The Hip hop dvd just wasnt my style. It was nicely done, but I'm not into the whole learning to hip hop dance thing. Over all The dvd was done well with great menus & options. Simple & easy step by step instructions. ...

    dont pay to learn a really bad dance!!!!

    ok so this is supposed to be a hip hop routine, right??? .... i DO NOT recommend wasting your hard earned money on this movie!!!! .... she teaches you this cheasy "hip hop" routine, i LOVE hip hop but NO that is NOT what i learned here!!!! .... the routine is a total of about 3-5mins (the movie is so long because of the 15min warm up, a lecture and then her teaching you step by step how to do the hip hop routine) the step by step system is great and works well for learning basicly in the 3-5min routine twice the "hip hop" dance step is "running in one spot" for four counts, and then turning four times (for a total of 360 degrees) and on each turn doing the same running in one spot move for four counts!!!! and another move is turning four times (again to make 360 degrees) and doing like a ...

    Fat Wannabe Stripper

    Ive been looking for something easy to start with to get in the mood and excercise and get fit I saw this on ebay one dya I found it very interesting I compared some prices and bought it at barnes and noble. I decided to buy the whole box set because it was cheaper then buying each dvd one at a time. I poped the first dvd in to my dvd player all extact to learn some new moves for the bed room and get fit oh was I wrong I could barely make it thru the warm up excersice. If you are phsyically fit Id recommend it if your not I would start out with something else than move onto this.

    fun, but not an aerobic workout

    I am always on the lookout for new workout routines. I like using dance cause it just makes it more fun. And while this series does give you a workout, I think you better know at least some dance moves before trying. I love Carmen's style of teaching, she's an excellent choreographer. The hip hop routine is easy to learn, I use it as a warm up or when I only have a few minutes and want to burn a few calories. The lap/chair dance is fun and sexy even though I fell off my chair while learning it. These are fun dances to learn, just don't expect your typical lengthy work out.

    Carment Electras The Lap Dance&Hip Hop [20005,dvd}

    I loved the fact that it was fun and easy. And I loved the music. But, I didnt think it had enough cardio in it. I didnt break a sweat or get out of breath at all. I love this kind of a work out because I get bored easily with exercising. But,I also need to feel like I am getting a work out and I dont feel like this with this dvd. I will still do it for fun. But,I wouldnt count on it to burn tons of calories. And I wouldnt rely on it to replace a good cardio workout.
