Very useful device for someone having trouble to put or remove your contacts. It works like a charm, although I don't pinch the lense right on my eye but drag it to the corner with the device then pinch and remove it. Very easy to put în the contact as it doesnt fall and the spoon like device used to pick it from the solution is great. You basic don't need to even touch the lenses, as you can handle it with the two meruru tools.Very useful device for someone having trouble to put or remove your contacts. Works well but...
I love this tool. It really makes talking out and putting in contacts so easy. I have bought three of these sets. Use them daily, well used them daily. Three sets in one year and all have snapped in half. The plastic is really stiff and cheap, for the price they should last much longer. I will not be buying another set. I've already paid for two to many at this price.

Good soft lens removal tool.
Prime reason for this purchase is to facilitate soft disposable lens removal. It does a good job. The lens inserter is extraneous-I can easily insert lens with my finger tip. The price is high, but compared to other products, it seems to be the safest for lens removal.

Works really effectively
I had tried several products for the insertion and removal of soft contact lenses and found them little better than my man sized fingers that were woefully inadequate for the task. I was having so much trouble even getting the lens from the container onto my finger (the right way round) that I was close to giving up using the contact lenses. The Meruru tool changed all of that and right from the start made the whole procedure both quick and easy. From the spoon piece that simply transfers the lens from the container to the insertion tool, and the soft end tweezer tool for removal the Meruru tool has transformed the insertion and removal to a quick, reliable and comfortable process. The only criticism of the tool is that the plastic used in the construction of the tweezer section is a ... It can be alleviated a bit by gripping the tool nearer to the silicon ends of the removal tool, away from the insertion end.

Good tool !
Used to have RGP contacts which are easy to remove with a suction cup tool, but for soft lenses this doesn't work. I play fingerstyle guitar so have long nails on my right hand and hard calloused fingertips on the other, not a good combination for soft contact lens removal! Enter this little Japanese tool.... which is a godsend. The back of the little white plastic shovel thing is utterly fantastic for removing the soft lens from its container dish...usually works first time, although it's often difficult to see that the lens has transferred. You then with a wiping motion move the lens onto the little cup on the opposite end of the tweezers. This then becomes an ideal device for precision placement of the lens on your cornea, and means you don't have to touch the lens at all, so very ... At the end of the day I normally remove soft lenses by simply pulling them down and out of the eye, as making a pinching movement with my guitar challenged fingers is difficuilt, but the soft ended tweezers are very helpful for this, particularly with my new soft lenses (Alcon Dailies 1), which are inherently quite difficuilt to remove. Once unpackaged, there is no supplied container for these tools, which is a bit of an oversight my the manufacturer. The tool is reasonably priced but I got walloped by UK Customs on my purchase which nearly doubled the purchase price, so this was an expensive tool.....but I wouldn't be without it now, and even suggested to my optician to get some for his customers.
