When contacted, Sweet Carolina Finds immediately agreed this was their mistake and offered refund, since they did not have the correct replacement. I received a shipping label and it was returned. When it was received back a full refund was given. In addition, I was offered 50%off anything in their store. She told me she kept an ice pack on it all the way to the shipping center, and I can tell! The lipstick has made it all the way to my door step, from the South all the way here to NY in one, unmelted piece. Item is just as described. Would absolutely recommend seller. She actually cares about quality. It really shows!
