Fun, imaginative, and full of excitement
Monster Squad is Fun, imaginative, and full of excitement This movie brings back memories. Growing up it was one of my favorite movies ever. And everytime I break out the VHS I find myself praying that it makes it to DVD one day. If "The Willies" made it to DVD why can't this classic. Monster Squad is a perfect kids movie, and will appeal to anybody with an imagination. The story is great, the collection of monster is awesome, and Frankenstein's Monster is classic. Final Verdict: 5/5 Rent or Buy?: You might have to break out the VCR for this one, but it's a must buy. Here's hoping it makes it to DVD one day. Monster Squad
This movie brings back memories of Wolfman getting kicked in the nards and Frankenstein's Monster taking pictures of teenage chicks changing in front of their windows. It's cheesy, yes, but in a good 80s way. I don't remember ever seeing any of those actors afterwards, except for Wolfman and the Scary German Guy. The movie also has classic one-liners. It's too bad this movie never made it to DVD, but watching it on VHS continues that nostalgic feeling of watching a taped-off-TV compilation of Monster Squad and Lost Boys that my family had whenever Halloween came around. And the classic montage music? You can't go wrong with 80s montage music. the monster squad.
i purchased this movie for my husband. he loves this little movie. and if your kids love to read and watch tv with little monsters in it then this movie will be a great movie for kids.

monster squad
excellent movie would reccomend to anyone who liked the goonies or the like.that is if they havent seen it already, not AS good as goonies but if youre a classic monster movie fan (50s) youll probably like it more even.
