  • Excellent advice for adults who want to reclaim or preserve flexibility.

Katy Bowman and four c-authors who have "been there" provide excellent advice on how to move your body to reclaim balance and flexibility. In my opinion every senior who wants to remain active through the years should read this. I just bought a copy for a friend. It is also in a little larger easier to read print than Katy's other books. Science based information.

  • It is a true outcome for the reader if they want to be active as they age.

I took classes with Katy Bowman and this book was like being in class with her. The people that tell their stories in the book are the thing that makes it like an adventure into the habits that she advocates. Anyone can take their life in hand. The stories make it real for a new student to hear how it helped or changed their outlook on aging by feeling the changes that come from committing to the few stretches that are a huge impact on overall health when done regularly. It's clear, science based and easy to do this program.

  • too much fluff

too many pages devoted to testimonials

  • Movement not Exercise

Very helpful for seniors looking to move better without over extending themselves. Focus is daily movement, not an exercise program.
