À propos de ce produit

Product Information

Conflict: Desert Storm II -- Back to Baghdad is set one year after the events introduced in 2002's Conflict: Desert Storm. The game's focus is on the SAS and Delta Force teams operating in and around Iraq during the time of the Gulf War. Players must lead a squad of soldiers charged with the task of defending Kuwait against the Iraqi invasion. Players will once again need to balance the need for action against the need for survival in a series of 10 missions designed to fulfill operation objectives.

Back to Baghdad takes players further into Kuwait as they try to neutralize scud missile installations, prevent the use of chemical weapons, free prisoners of war, and oust Hussein's Republican Guard from their entrenched position within Kuwait City. Each SAS and Delta Force squad consists of a team leader, combat engineer, sniper, and heavy weapons specialist. Players can freely switch between squad mates as well as issue orders for the team to follow. More equipment, weapons, and vehicle options are available to help players attain their goals.

  • A Good Game For Every Gamecube

Desert Strom II is a great shooter game for any system. The controls for it are great and it makes a awesome multiplayer game. In the multiplayer you do the same mission one single player but, not with friends. In Desert Storm II you are one of four soldiers that take on many enemy soldiers. One other cool thing that you can do in this game is you can switch between characters. The only thing that is not good about this game is that you can't pick up fallen enemy's weapons, making ammo hard to come by. Also the graphics aren't the best but, they are O.K. So I would say that is you are into military shooter games you should get this game.

  • Great game - 5 stars

After playing the first Desert Storm, I really wanted to play this one. It was difficult to find, but it was worth the wait! The game is easy to play yet the strategizing is a good challenge. The Cooperative play is great. Your control of your squad members is way better than in other games. Combat is intense. Map sizes are large, graphics are realistic, very good.

  • THE Greatest co-op game ever!

the best thing about Desert Storm is the fact that it is four player co-op, everyone has a part in your elite group. I personally am the anit-tank and explsoives specialist! my friends work with sniping and close quorters combat. Everyone matters in this game, if somebody becomes mortally wounded and cant move, the other players can go save him from his impending DOOM! with meda-packs! anyways, this game is even fun with one person, you get to controll all four characters and tell them what to do, to fallow, to shot, or not to, ect. its just an over all Awexome game! highly recomended to buy if you have a close group of friends!

  • desert storm II back to bagdhad

i used to have a ps2 and i had desert storm 1 for it and i loved then i broke my ps2 and got a gamescube and i rented it off and on and i loved it. then i tried to find it at every video game store i could find. but i could not find it new or used. now i am on ebay and i find my favorite game for 3 dollars! so ofcourse i love the game. this game is based on the war in iraq and has everything in it from using stealth techniques with a knife to blowing up a tank with a rpg and c4 plastic explosives. the graphics are very good but what i like most is that the levels are so huge that if you are trying to get behind a tank to blow it up you could get lost running around. Tip for multiplayer:if you are trying to blow up a tank and you have no smoke grenades left have the weakest person (low ...

  • Not bad - cheap - good for the times, but a little behind them now.

Not bad. The 3rd person aspect has some advantages, but it feels weird when shooting sometimes. The AI isn't super great, but will do exactly what you tell them - if you can tell them what you want. (your sniper will waste all his ammo if you don't watch it, while he's sitting in full view of a machine gun nest) Haven't played through the entire thing, but I wouldn't bother if you're used to COD: MW or a more recent squad based game.
