Great Value for the Money
My mom’s bread maker of 30 years died so I was in the market for a new one. This Cuisinart model seemed to fit the bill. I love that it’s stylish and compact and easily fits under the counter. Easy to use. Just four buttons to press. I bought several packets of rapid rise yeast so the quick cycle as stated in the owners manual makes a very nice 1 pound, whole wheat loaf of bread in about two hours. I just wish it rose a bit more but it’s only a one pound loaf, so it’s more than satisfactory for my morning toast. Nice crunchy crust when I use the medium setting. I’m looking forward to trying “regular” yeast and see if it might rise higher. Also, the other recipes included with the machine look intriguing! So far so good! Great little machine but price too high now due to pandemic price gouging.
I say it is not a good value because I knowingly and willingly paid a "king's ransom" for this little machine due to "supply and demand" situation caused by the pandemic and greed. Wanted primarily for it's small imprint. I'm very happy with it so far. 13 different programs. 3 loaf sizes. Signals for add-ins and then again when it is time to re-shape dough or remove the dough to finish baking in the oven. Recipe book has a collection of very nice recipes. Love My New Breadmaker!
Am very happy to have purchased this Cuisinart Breadmaker. It works great, is easy to use and makes delicious bread! Just know that when you are making French bread, there is no crust selection like on the others...this is the only thing that confused me. I know several people that bought this 110 model and all feel the same way...love it! Will make a great wedding gift!

Great Product in a small foot print
It makes great bread. It is a small well made machine that performs like a big one. This is my third bread maker and my favorite.

More compact and more features than our 20 year old Oster machine.
We wanted a newer bread machine to replace our still working 20+ year old Oster model. This Cuisinart machine offers three sizes of loaf automatically and an interior light so you can see how the bread is doing. Both key features for us. The Oster has been reliable and will be put in storage for now in case the Cuisinart is not. We're pleased that the Cuisinart is more compact and a little lighter to move in and out of storage as necessary.
