Good Real estate advice
Donald Trump, multi-billionaire real estate investor is unashamedly big on self promotion. His name is predominate on the book jacket. But that is not inappropriate as he is the focus of the book. His major deals and properties are the center of attention and make the book worth reading. George H. Ross, successful New York City real estate attorney, long-time associate of Trump and apparantly player in the Trump reality show, The Apprentice, is the major contributer to the book. His name is next. Mr. Ross has been in the business a very long time and also lectures on the skill of negotiation. At the bottom of the page we find the author, Andrew James McLean, who has written several books on real estate investing. This book is interesting, if simple. There is also quite a bit of chest thumping and self-congratulations in this short book, but who can argue with success? The advice given in this book is very good, but neither new nor Earth-shaking. Anyone who is making it in the real estate world probably already knows this, but it never hurts to have it reenforced. The point that hit me the most was to avoid the tendancy to focus on the property more than the customers. There are tips on negotiation, how to find and treat customers, how to handle difficult people and how to stay out of trouble. This is not a how-to book, but has some excellent pointers.

This is for any who ar seriuos about making big changes
I love this audio book. I love the fact that Bill Zanker gets to express his points of view as well as the Donald. If your even thinking about making somethin happen and listen to this book you better be all-in by the end of the book. It will pump you up enough to make you think you are already behind the power curve if you haven't done 5 big deals yet. If you are motivated by that, then this book can very easily change your way of thinking, and will light a fire under your ass to do something amazing. Great book done by Great men. Good, but not for everyone
Donald does not narrate, but the narrator is decent. I really like the fact that he does emphasize thinking big and kicking ass. The audio book only dissatisfies in a certain amount of repetition. If I hear about 40 Wall Street one more time, I might %$&#**@! Trump is very direct and the stories aree entertaining to say the least. I would purchase this again and recommend it for the pure fact that Donald Trump never gives up and always shoots for the sky. Just a read through
I wasn't expecting just a read of the book. I expected more imaginative inputs. I have already read the book and expected more inputs from the audio cd... at least a more lively interactive conversation with the author..
