Item came faster than expected. Shipping price was more than fair considering it came over U.S.A.'s northern borders. Came in great condition and working just as the description told. Would have preferred the discs had been cleaned a bit more before the package was shipped, but they were just as clean in person as they were in the photos. Very well packaged and priced. The Classics Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger
These are two of my favorite games, I’ve Spent hours playing these classic games. Final Fantasy 4 is my Favorite, first FF game I beat I think. Compellingnstory of redemption as you start out as the Dark Knight Ceacil, and takes you to the stars, while keeping the crystal mythology of 4 elements. Let’s you play every character instead of benching the ones you don’t like. Well written, with an ark for your companions. What new Final Fantasy titles lack these days, it’s, the simplicity and can be beaten in a good length of time, with more simple side quests. I miss turn based like that. Like FF12 was a good balance of turn based and Chronotrigger style of avoiding bad guys. Chrinotrigger. Art beautifully drawn by Akira Toriyama, going back and forward in time, epic compelling cool ... These are two of my favorite games, I’ve Spent hours playing these classic games. Beautiful construction of games and story telling that I wish was applied to the new games of this genre and SquareEnix overall. Go back to the roots, and make something like this again. I don’t want to waste my time like FFXIII and FFXV. They are gorgeous games, hard for me to get Submersed in it and some of the stuff is just super silly with making you do to much and takes so long to complete the story.

Like 1999's Final Fantasy Anthology, which saw the release of Final Fantasies V and VI, Chronicles is a repackaging of two of Square's greatest triumphs from the golden 16-bit era--here, Final Fantasy IV and Chrono Trigger make their return. But in the 21st century, when games are as often based on polygons as plot, can a couple of good old 2D epics make a new mark? The answer depends largely on your perspective. Informed gamers will know Final Fantasy IV was originally released in the United States in 1991 as a scaled back and poorly translated Final Fantasy II. In addition to realigning the title of the game with subsequent releases, Square has ... American gamers finally have a chance to see, in English, all the missing items, battle commands, and other removed features that they missed out on the first time. This is surely the version of FFIV that will endure for years to come.

The definitive way to play!
Final Fantasy IV is one of the most iconic in the series, and Chrono Trigger is one of the greatest games of all time. Having them both in one package with added cutscenes, the latter game having animation from Akira Toriyama, is amazing. I think this is the definitive way to play these, along with the originals, because they aren’t redone like the DS or iPhone versions of the Final Fantasy games.Final Fantasy IV is one of the most iconic in the series, and Chrono Trigger is one of the greatest games of all time. Excellent value for 2 of the best games ever made!
Currently in the middle of playing this version of Chrono Trigger. It's every bit as good as I remember! The added cut scenes, while unnecessary, are a fun new edition. Once I'm done I'll be moving on to the FF game. Brings me back to my childhood. Can't get much better than these two stories!

I can't believe this was still in the plastic after 20+ years later. My girlfriends a huge fan of Chronotrigger, so we had been looking around for a while and found another new copy for over 100$. I'm glad we waited because this was a good deal.
