    Really impressive!

    This is a particularly exceptional book for learning Japanese in a simple yet thorough manner. It doesn't waste your time trying to impress you with a lot of pointless terminology that most people (besides college professors, full-time writers and advanced students) understand. It spells everything out in a clear, concise and entertaining fashion. I've done a lot of searching for Japanese instruction books that set aside ego and get down to teaching, and this one is going into my special collection of the ones that get the job done. Truly one of the best I've seen on the subject since the Japanese From Zero books.

    Japanese The Manga Way

    A fairly comprehensive grammar and textbook on the japanese language. Very explanatory with comments on every grammatical feature. Sh*tloads of example sentences explained in every detail, written in both japanese and transliterated. The manga also gives onomatopoetic (in kanji) words, which usually are privileged to middle and higher studies of a language. Since I am a beginner of japanese I can not judge on the higher levels, but for a beginner with a fairly good knowledge of english this really primes the pump and gets you to a more correct knowledge faster. It also gives a knowledge of everyday spoken japanese. A perfect complement to the book "Japanese For Busy People". But remember, everyone has their own way of learning, so it might suit me but not you. I have learned ...

    How to read japanese through manga writing

    Very good , thorough . I was able to learn how to write the words I already new how to speak and read it with manga . I totally recommend it for those trying to grow and learn according to languages

    A fun and easy way to learn Japanese!

    This book is really just a fun and easy way to learn Japanese for the beginner. It teaches you various words and shows you how to properly construct sentences. I would highly recommend this book to anybody that wants to learn the basics of Japanese and have fun while doing it.

    Learning Japanese

    I like this book because it's been very informational and educational about Japanese culture and their way of speaking. I bought it for my teenage son who likes Manga. He found this book enjoyable also. Thank you.
