In this dazzling sequel to the 1995 blockbuster, Andy heads off to summer camp, leaving the toys behind to fend for themselves. In much the same way Buzz discovered he is a mass-produced product in the first installment, Woody discovers that he is a valuable collectible spawned by a popular 1950s kiddie-puppet TV show, "Woody's Roundup Gang," when he is kidnapped by an evil toy collector, Al McWhiggin. Through Al, who plans to sell him to a Japanese toy museum, Woody is reunited with the toy versions of his TV cohorts--plucky cowgirl Jessie (Cusack), prospector Stinky Pete (Grammer), and trusty horse Bullseye. Woody must choose between seeing Andy grow up and forsake him and living a sterile but eternal life behind glass being admired--but not played with. Meanwhile, the rest of the original toy troupe undergoes a thrilling crosstown adventure to locate their kidnapped friend and restore him his rightful owner.     Great for kids and adults! Wonderful sequel.

    Same things I said about the first Toy Story. Wonderful movie, except, this time around we've come a bit further in animation and if you watch TS + TS2 back to back you can really see the advancements in texture and lighting. What you will NEVER see... is a bad movie in either one. Both are sweet movies with laughs for all members of the family while still sending warm and positive messages in the end for your kids to hopefully embrace and follow as they get older. A all around from me on this one!

    If you have the first one, you should have this one!

    Just as entertaining as the first one! Great continuation where Andy is grown up and going off to college. A must see for the Toy Story enthusiaist!

    Toy Story 2...Lots of fun!

    If you and your family are Toy Story Fans, this is a great continuation of the original story. It also goes back and explains the new characters reasons for being where they are in this movie. Great for kids and adults alike! Something for everyone! We purchased this after my kids scratched our first one, LOL. Great to watch both movies to get ready for Toy Story 3, which is also excellent and has a happy, if not bittersweet ending.

    Special Edition Blu Ray: Toy Story 2

    I like this product because it is in blu ray and doesnt cost an arm and a leg to purchase. I also like this product because I used to watch Toy Story as a child and ever since then have loved this movie. As soon as I found out this movie was on blu ray I just had to buy it for my movie collection. To know more about this movie I would suggest checking out the IMB website.
