Eye opening book.
This was a very eye opening book. Not only to how hard times were for folk back in this period of history but also to just how nasty the meat industry was. Poverty conditions today are nowhere near what they were then. Children were put to work as long and hard as adults during this time. Under some of the harshest conditions. People in the meat industry were treated not much better than the animals they slaughtered.This was a very eye opening book. The Jungle
One of the most compelling books Sinclair ever wrote. It was a condemnation of the meat organizations. The danger and disregard to health and quality of what was placed on the consumer's table.

Great Seller!
I like this literature because It states a lot of things that you'd never thought would take place with you food. Needless to say, I decide to buy it because it's a MUST to have this literature. I don't care what they want to classify it as (Fiction). I believe Most if not all that is written in this literature is of great importance!

when i got the book,i found acouple bent pages in the book and a bent page on the cover but otherwise everything was really good.
