    MUST READ FOR LUCID DREAMING.

    If you're interested in lucid dreaming, this book is exactly what you need! it is really detailed & has tons of descriptions as to what your dreams mean & such. I think it is an esstental tool if you're going to try lucid dreaming. I love it.
