    Nutritional Education

    Fit for Life has been a part of my book collection for many years. I ordered this copy for my daughter because she frequently contacted me for recepies from this book. Excellent reading with a focus on proper combinations of food for proper digestion. The recepies in this book taste wonderful and I loved the daily menu selections to help you get started. A totally natural way to correct bad eating habits and learn to give your body the nutrition it really needs. Just by eating the way this book suggests I have lost almost 30 lbs. Well worth my money.

    Great Book to good Health

    I had bought this same book 28 years ago and loved following their diet. I gave the book to someone that was very interested in it. Now I have bought it again to give to my niece who needs it to live healthy and lose weight too.

    best and easiest way to lose way I ever found! amazing!

    the books were way too old! pages yellowed from age! price too high for their condition. the book is great! lost 35 lbs, in a very easy way because of it! Never hungry, never had to measure!

    This book has opened my eyes like no other. You really are what you eat. Our bodies take a lot of abuse from ourselves. This book is crystal clear on how to take care of our bodies and prevent us from harm.
