One of the most important books ever written on human comunication and relationships. A must read for everyone.
I think this is one of the most important books that I have ever read. It is changing my life. I often recognize the situations that are described in the book and I am able to change my behavior for the better. I recommend this book to every person that has ever taken a breath. It is helping in my family life and how I view my family, It is helping in the way I view and interact with people at church, with people meet in random daily activities. An easy read with fantastic results.
Amazing self help book that will revolutionize how you view your relationships. It really teaches you to be less self absorbed by looking at other perspectives. It is hugely helpful for work and family relationships, especially if there is conflict.

Great book. In my personal opinion, if read and applied this book can change your life. It’s not a book that teaches how to trick people to do what you want. It teaches you to lead better at work and at home.
