    Condition not as advertised

    Condition was "like new". It had markings throughout the first chapter, which I found very annoying. It appears that the markings decrease further into the book. Perhaps the prior owner stopped reading.

    Buy a loaner copy

    Won't ever again loan out my personal copy of a David Brooks book. so I bought a duplicate, and don't expect to get it back. Pitch Perfect writing and thought provoking!
