I reported this and returned to seller with the pre paid label they supplied. I received a full refund on the same day as the item was delivered back to the seller. Adam replied almost instantly to my messages. I cannot fault the seller, its a pity that Parcelforce were not more careful with the delivery!!! I would definitely buy from this seller again.

It stated need to collect from Post Office but not which one and several in my town! I only discovered where to collect by phoning each office until found.
