    Very informative, gemstone bible, must have!

    This book is very informative. It has a lot of beautiful photos. Great descriptions of many gemstones. It is a must have for anyone interested in knowing more about gemstones and jewelry. An educated shopper is a smart shopper!!!

    Lots of worthwhile information

    This book explains in depth subjects relative to gemstones, but also understandable by the uninitiated such as myself.. I am an amateur gem enthusiasit seeking knowledge, and so far this lovely book has not disappointed. I have not finished it yet, but I expect more of the same. I liked it. Check it out!

    Great book for Gemstone lovers!

    This is a book to get if you are into gemstones. Especially colored ones! Good book with vivid description and beautiful pictures! Gemsonfire support it!

    Colored Gemstones by Antoinette, P.G. Matlins (2005)

    Book was very informative especially for the beginner that I am. Nice colorful pictures, grouping colored gems together on same page, so that you may see there colors side by side. Price lists, gems specs, etc...... All parts of this book - recommended to me by a friend and gem/jewelry dealers. Good addition to any library.
