  • Well Written Extraodinary Heartbreaking Memoir

Well Written Extraodinary Heartbreaking Personal Account, Dennis Fritz gives his personal account of his ordeal that examins the many mistakes and deceptions that led to his conviction and 12 year incarceration. I was touched by the total amount of injustice that he received. A captivating story on both personal and more importantly legal level. The 12 years in prison he immersed himself in an intense study of the law and wrote hundreds of letters and appellate briefs in his own defense. He wrote in a way I felt his frustration, anger and happiness and gave me great insight into a flawed justice system. Read his book and find out why he followed a certain Diet of his, sad true and amazing. He writes about how he never Blamed the Lord. He solely relied on his Faith in God to make it ...

  • Journey Toward Justice

What a great book. I am a Okie but have traveled and lived all over the world but living in OKC now. Unfortunately, this is not an exception. The good ole boy system is alive and well here. And the really sad thing is that the man responsible for this terrible miscarriage of justice stil won't admit that he did anything wrong. He is another Gene Stipe, drunk with power and willing to do anything to make himself look good. Dennis Fritz was just another stepping stone on his way up. It just backfired. But my biggest quandry is "Why is he still in charge?"

  • Journey Toward Justice

This is a true story of the justice system gone wrong. Excellent story. Must read. Must read An Innocent Man By John Grisom for the other defendants story which is described in this book also read: The Dreams of Ada by Robert Mayer. it also tellls of injustice in this towns judicial system. All three books excellent.

  • Excellent Well Written

Dennis Fritz wrote this book to bring awareness about False Convictions, and The Death Penalty. Journey Toward Justice is a testimony to the Triumph of the human Spirit and is a Memoir. . Dennis Fritz was wrongfully convicted of murder after a swift trail. The only thing that saved him from the Death Penalty was a lone vote from a juror. "The Innocent Man" by John Grisham is all about Ronnie Williamson, Dennis Fritz's co-defendant. Both were exonerated after spending 12 years in prison. The real killer was one of the Prosecution's Key Witness. . John Grisham's "The Innocent Man" tells half the story. Dennis Fritz's Story needs to be heard.Read about how he wrote hundreds of letters and appellate briefs in his own defense and immersed himself in an intense study of law. He never blamed ...
