I've always been a fan of David Tutera's work. I wanted to buy this particular book because it has tips on how to throw an elegant party. I wanted to know what went into a party, how to pull off all the details and, most important, how to do so on a limited budget. "Passion for Parties" made each step perfectly clear from invitations and when to send them to proper decor (and yes, floral falls under that category) to catering and even proper ettiquette is included. I love this book and was especially pleased to see it in near-perfect condition. Anyone who's even thinking about throwing a nice party should get this particular book--it's like the party planner's Bible, Koran or Torah.I've always been a fan of David Tutera's work. A Passion for Parties
Easy to read, inspirational pictures and descriptions, made me want to throw a party, and gave me ideas to use themes and lights - they make the party come alive. I plan to be a copy cat and use their themes, decorating, and lighting ideas. I love what they did with linens, glasses, dinnerware, and flowers.
