    Excellent condition. Great resource book for anyone who has PD. LOTS of info!

    Take your time reading this book so you don't get overwhelmed. It's chock full of great info that you & your family need to know. Gives you a great overview & will lead you to read more & more. Knowledge IS power! Especially with a disease like PD. One thing to remember- if you're getting this for an older family member/friend. Explain the meaning of the "Dummies" books BEFORE you give it to them. Seniors do NOT like it when younger people start to treat or speak down to them as if they've suddenly lost 100 points off their IQ when they get diagnosed. Without an explanation of this series, they may see it as an insult & won't look into the content. If the book it's a gift, be prepared to answer questions as they arise. Just being available to answer questions can be a fantastic gift to ...

    Parkinson’s for Dummies - good for anyone who has this in their faniky

    Written very well. Starts off with an overview. Then, encourages you to go to the sections pertinent to the symptoms, the states, etc that you or your family is in. I have one and bought this for my husband (with Parkinson’s)’s son.

    Excellent.

    My sister has advanced Parkinson's Disease, is in rehab with a broken hip, and now normally lives in assisted living. I'm researching all I can on Parkinson's. This is the best, most inclusive/informative book I've found so far.

    PD and all you need to know about it.

    This book gives you so much information. Tips are nice as well. My husband has PD so a lot of the reading in this book was for my information. Good read for anyone that has or knows someone who has PD.
