    Wish I had learned all this 30 years ago!

    If you are searching out a self-help book that is miles ahead and above all the other books, try this one. This information wasn't available 30 years ago, but at least it's here now. The content is based on very recent, true scientific research about the brain and how it influences us if we don't know how to influence it first. The book is a very well organized progression of information that is used to improve any part of one's life. It goes into detail about how you overcome negative thoughts and deeply-rooted bad habits. It's not positive thinking or affirmations. It goes waaaay deeper than that so that affirmations, etc. will work. It teaches you how to influence your brain so it actually helps you get what you want. It's an easy read and filled with lots of examples. If you want to ...

    Great Follow-up to The Secret...

    I enjoyed this book for many reasons...one, it was an easy and entertaining read, two, it breaks down the law of vibrations in a way that The Secret didn't touch, and three, it gives you a handy worksheets so you can map out your entire life exactly how you want it. He gives you honest information...you can't sit around rubbing genie lamps all day and expect things to appear out of thin air (The Secret kind of gives this impression). But what you can do is envision a magnificent life and then attract to you the resources, people, and places that are going to make this life a possibility. He also covers other Universal laws which will help one to understand exactly why and how things happen, not just in terms of LOA. If you are a more 'logical thinker' and not so much into the fantasy ...

    I bought this for my nephew who was going through some troubled times and the part about the brain research helped him get a handle on his thinking and he's now started his own business.
