    "True Essence of Leadership" it is

    While there are some things about that book that are a little distracting (some characters in the parable that I just could not relate to) they do not take away from the overall content of the book. I also didn't necessarily agree with all of the terms used, but the terms are meant to convey concepts and they were very well defined so even though I may have used a different term it was still clear what the author intended, and I fully understood both the concepts and the intention in all aspects of the book. Overall, it is easy to read, interesting, and realy really really valuable information. Putting it into action is a life-long endeavor, so I'm glad I own the book - I will be re-reading it a few times over the years as a constant reminder about what the true essence of leadership ...

    Easy reading, great resource for Leaders/ Leaders to Be

    This book is an easy to read with many different personality types and foundational for any great leader in order to lead well and with authority and strength. Is practical, insightful, applicable and enjoyable at the same time. Don't miss this one! It's definitely a keeper!
