Windows 7 Resource Kit
I demand this amount of detail in a highly technical book. I own every Resource Kit Manual published by Microsoft since Windows 95, and have found all of them to be very informative and absolutetly a necessity in my repair business. Windows 7 is still relatively new, and I find that as more of my customer base purchases new computers, I have to be knowledgeable in advance. I still have my well used copy of the Windows XP Resource Kit Manual handy, since the vast majority of my customer base still utilize Windows XP with no apparent difficulties and will for many years in the future, as I have heard from many of them. There have been so many numerous times I have had to use the Resource Kit manual for problems I have faced, I cannot cite any one subject in the manual that is better ... I demand this amount of detail in a highly technical book. Needs Improvement, But Well Worth Your Money!
I purchased this book for my CS226 course in my IT major. I like this book, because it gives a lot of details on Windows 7 and the different/new features between previous versions of Windows and different features in the Windows 7 packages. I dislike this product, because it is a very difficult reading and does not emphasize on certain criteria in the book, especially if your completely new to Windows 7 and don't have much experience with windows Vista (a lot refers to the new upgrades between Vista and Windows 7).I purchased this book for my CS226 course in my IT major. I like this book, because it gives a lot of details on Windows 7 and the different/new features between previous versions of Windows and different features in the Windows 7 packages.
