It came packaged mostly well, and when I found a broken piece when it shipped, the seller promptly sent another one. The customer service leaves nothing else to be desired, and they did a great job. However, the item itself is a bit stiff. I guess I was hoping for a megazord type toy, but this one is more complex, and less sturdy in the face of falls.
